Artist Talk by Sculptor Deborah Butterfield

Thu Nov 13, 2014, 5:30PM - 6:30PM

Annenberg Auditorium, Snite Museum of Art

All are invited to a free public presentation on her body of work by the famous American sculptor, Deborah Butterfield. Her life-size sculptures of horses are well-known nationally and internationally.

The Snite Museum of Art has two examples of Butterfield's horses in its collection; Tracery (2010) stands erect on all four feet and Many Glacier (2011) reclines near it. They are currently "stabled" in the Notre Dame Sculpture Park.
