ART EXHIBITION PROPOSALS: SUSPENDED
THIS PROGRAM is currently SUSPENDED. We are not accepting any new exhibition proposals to allow us time to plan for Phase I of the new Raclin Murphy Museum of Art.
ART LOAN REQUESTS FROM OTHER MUSEUMS: SUSPENDED
In light of our small staff and busy schedule to plan for the new Raclin Murphy Museum of Art at Notre Dame, we are NOT accepting any requests for loans of art from our collection.
ART SHIPMENTS
All outgoing and incoming art shipments should be scheduled in advance with Victoria Perdomo vperdomo@nd.edu, (574) 631-4727. The September 2017 addition of a security gate on the eastern access road to the Museum has added new complexities to delivery logistics. Use of a box truck or "sprinter" vehicle is preferred over semis due to a new, much narrower, access road. Please contact vperdomo@nd.edu (574) 631-4727 in advance of a delivery to acquire code to the new security gate and revised campus map showing how to get to the museum's loading door. Shipments are accepted between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST/EDT
CAMPUS OFFICE ART LOAN PROGRAM FOR THE UND MAIN BUILDING SUSPENDED
New officers/directors with offices in the UND Main Building are welcome to select a work of art created before 1927 on view in our galleries or in our Selected Works publication. Send your selection to Associate Director Ann Knoll and we will print a high resolution facsimile that you can have matted and framed. At this time we are not lending original works of art.
To schedule the removal of any of our loaned works currently installed in the Main Building contact Museum Registrar, Victoria Perdomo (vperdomo@nd.edu; 631-4727).
